If any more information is needed to solve this, just ask and I'll do the best I can. I will also mention the boot camp files had a driver for my card, but it didn't install correctly. AMD (the company that makes ATI Radeons) has an auto-updater for drivers, but it tries to install the wrong one and there's no manual download for my specific card (ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4670). Update drivers with the largest database available. We don't really like having to switch back and forth just to play different games. Get the latest official Advanced Micro Devices (AMD) ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4670 display adapter drivers for Windows 11, 10, 8.1, 8, 7, Vista, XP PCs. This doesn't make sense to me as all the other games, including ones with higher CPU needs than Minecraft work fine, and Minecraft works fine on the Mac interface. The graphics card inbuilt works for almost any game, however, my son's favorite game, "Minecraft" doesn't seem to think my drivers had GL support/are dated. Also, my speakers on my mac didn't work, and install the drivers provided also proved fruitless. The actual bootcamp program in the support files didn't install, so windows didn't know I was running bootcamp. However, when I switched to Windows 8.1, there were some slight issues with the Apple Bootcamp support files I was given. Windows allows my kid to play the games not available for Mac and I can switch between interfaces whenever I need to. We haven't had any issues up until now, and (mostly) everything is working great. I've recently installed Windows 8.1 on my home desktop for my son and I through bootcamp.
